We got to our favorite restaurant ever, the Harbor Haus on the shore of Lake Superior in Copper Harbor, at about 4:00. My meal began with a perfect tossed salad with bleu cheese dressing and freshly-cracked pepper. Hard rolls are also served with olive oil and herbs for dipping. I had my usual beef rouladen with red cabbage and German potato salad. Gary ordered planked whitefish. We both had lightly seasoned and buttered vegetables, and they are the best anywhere!
